The king room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. Temple Spa products in the bathroom added a touch of luxury!!!
Hallways have wooden floors, which did transmit some noise from other guests.

The hotel had a walkable location, about 20 minutes to the docks and Mathew Street. Check-in was quick. Reception staff helped find a bigger room, offering more space for getting ready. The hotel provided gloves when I forgot mine for fake tan!
The room lacked a mini fridge, which would have been useful for keeping drinks cold.

The location was walkable to the docks and Mathew Street (a twenty-minute stroll).
I had some issues with the bathroom lighting. There was only an option for very bright light or complete darkness. I found this a bit impractical when I wanted a relaxing bath. It kind of ruined the experience i had anticipated.

the room felt quite neglected. i noticed mold spots on the windows, a detail that really bothered me. the bathroom lighting was either too bright or completely off, not suitable for a relaxing bath. overall, the experience did not match the hotel's reputation.

The location proved quite convenient. The room provided was nice and quiet. I appreciated the large walk-in shower in my room.
The hotel could not help me find a place to charge my electric car. I spent about 2.5 hours driving around to find one. The staff was very nice in trying to help, but they lacked the necessary information.
